The Experimental Chalet guarantees its guests that the processes put in place meet the cleanliness and safety requirements established by the Swiss Clean & Safe Label.

HYGIENE AND CLEANING MESURES AT THE HOTEL

1. Intensified cleaning and disinfection process in risk areas, i.e. hotel entrance, toilets and common areas (room keys, door handles, elevator buttons, switches, counters)
2. Upon availability, rooms are blocked for 24 hours
3. Disinfectant gel in individual format is placed in the room
4. The rooms, bathrooms, equipment, hospitality products, linens, towels, and mini-bars are systematically disinfected and changed after each departure
5. Our customers' luggage is disinfected after each handling

A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR GUESTS

1. Disinfectant gel and disposable masks are available at reception and in the restaurant
2. We advise you to maintain a social distancing of at least 1.5 meters in common areas
3. We encourage you to favor the contactless payment method
4. Strict protocols are in place for the members of our teams in our kitchens, restaurants, room service, bars and private spaces
5. Restaurant distancing rules are implemented and mandatory customer tracing is in place
6. Door handles, switches, taps, TPE, checkouts, furniture and counters are carefully disinfected
7. All of our teams seriously apply preventive measures by washing their hands regularly, wearing masks at all times and promoting social distancing within the establishment.
